Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note for International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our performance footwear, but understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:
- In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cleats showing any signs of wear
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
