At Stealth Fit Shop, we engineer our footwear for peak performance, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure your gear performs as hard as you do.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
  • Cleats that show signs of wear
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship It Back: Use the provided return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
  5. Track Your Return: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Here’s how we handle exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item details in your email
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Note: For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global athletes outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
