We offer two shipping methods:
- Express Tracking (Recommended): $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
- Free Global Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

For Express Tracking orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Free Global Shipping via EMS includes basic tracking. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
